Following the stepping down of Mary Elliott-Rose, the current Artistic Director and joint Founder of the festival, the board of trustees wishes to engage a new Artistic Director (AD) who will take the festival forward into its second decade, inspiring, leading, managing and creating the conditions for its long-term sustainability. The AD will report to the board and work alongside the Administrator.
Type of contract: fixed term, part time
Duration of contract: 1 March – 31 December 2021, renewable subject to review
Salary: £10,000 gross
